Kahma Supplements

My go to supplement store. I normally get my whey isolate from here (cookies and cream & coconut). Riya is a sweetheart and always recommends the most suitable supplement for you. I also have been trying the seamoss gel for 3-4 months now and it is effective. They partnered up with LA Fitness and other amazing vendors.

Sometimes they appear at the LA Fitness (Annagem Location) with samples of electrolytes, proteins and more.

Definitely give them a check, they are right off Hurontario by the LRT. Thank you Riya for being such a great individual and helping me reach my peak.

Kunal was very friendly, knowledgeable, and helped us choose the right products for my fitness goals. They have a good selection of protein supplements and other fitness products at reasonable prices.

Every visit to Kahma has been a great experience, especially thanks to Tushar. He’s friendly, patient, and really knows his supplements. Instead of trying to sell the most expensive products, he listens to what you’re looking for and gives recommendations that actually make sense. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping people reach their goals. Customer service like this is hard to find these days. Highly recommend asking for Tushar if you stop by!

Totally recommend coming here!! Riya was so sweet, honest, and genuinely focused on what I wanted. Asked thoughtful questions and kindly offered fitness advice whenever I wanted. You can tell she really cares about her customers and their fitness journey.

The owner was very kind and helpful with explaining the different supplements and what they are used for. I got my first jar of creatine by the Allmax brand. Owner even hooked me up with a free shaker bottle for my workout today after I mentioned forgetting mine at home. Easy 5 stars
