SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
Kahma Supplements offers convenient delivery and store pickup options for eligible online orders.
LOCAL GTA DELIVERY
Local delivery is available to eligible addresses within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).
Delivery availability, applicable fees and estimated delivery timing will be displayed during checkout based on the customer's delivery address and order.
Delivery areas, fees and availability may change from time to time.
DELIVERY TIMES
Estimated delivery times provided during checkout or after an order is placed are estimates and are not guaranteed.
Delivery timing may be affected by order volume, product availability, weather, traffic, holidays and other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
We will make reasonable efforts to prepare and deliver orders as quickly as possible.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, unit number, buzzer information, telephone number and any other information necessary to complete the delivery.
Kahma Supplements is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.
If our delivery team is unable to complete a delivery, we may contact you to arrange another delivery attempt or another appropriate method of receiving your order. Additional delivery charges may apply where appropriate.
STORE PICKUP
Store pickup is available at participating Kahma Supplements locations.
When available, customers can select Store Pickup during checkout and choose their preferred participating location.
Please wait until you receive confirmation that your order is ready before travelling to the selected store.
Pickup availability depends on product availability at the selected location.
Some products may not be available for pickup at every Kahma Supplements location.
ORDER PROCESSING
Orders are processed as quickly as reasonably possible.
Processing times may vary depending on product availability, order volume, location and the selected fulfilment method.
Orders placed outside regular operating hours or on holidays may require additional processing time.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY
Online product availability may change.
If an ordered product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, we may contact you to discuss an alternative product, partial fulfilment, transfer to another location, refund or cancellation where appropriate.
SHIPPING OUTSIDE LOCAL DELIVERY AREAS
Where standard shipping is offered to addresses outside our local delivery area, available shipping methods, rates and estimated delivery times will be displayed during checkout.
Carrier delivery estimates are not guaranteed by Kahma Supplements.
ORDER ISSUES
If your order is missing, damaged, incorrect or has not arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We may request your order number, delivery information, photographs or other information necessary to investigate the issue.
