Directions
Adults: Mix 1 scoop with 180–240 mL (6–8 oz) of cold water and consume 15–30 minutes before exercise. First-time users should begin with 1/2 scoop to assess tolerance. Do not take within four hours of bedtime or combine with other caffeine or stimulant products.
